Almost a year ago…

We have eight days before Baby Allan’s 1st birthday, and I’ve been in nostalgic mode. I will post several layouts on his birthday, but I wanted to share one today too. This is called 4 Days Old.
Credits: Papers by Fiddlette, from her Carmel Winter paper pack, found at ScrapMommies. I made the papers a little bit opaque, with white behind them, to soften for the baby picture.
I need to update the gallery, as I have several layouts that haven’t made it there yet. I will be starting a new album for childhood pictures, as last week I brought home from CA approximately 300 pictures to scan and scrap. Below is the first 2-pager I did with the childhood pics. Sarah’s Birthday – 1980. (Sarah is my little sis). Wasn’t she adorable?!

And yes, I’ve noticed a bit of a scrapbook slump – the baby layout and the birthday layouts are very, very similar. Didn’t know I was in the slump until today tho!

awesome l/o’s Char!! i of course was admiring them on SM!!
I cant believe Allan is going to be 1!! time flies!! sad!! but soo fun!! each age/stage they are in fast becomes your fav! 
altho youll still long for that lil lil baby guy at times. have fun preparing for the celebration!!
