Well, I finally finished my new “digi-scrap for hire” website. You can check it out here: http://www.delight-designs.com I am still tweaking it in places, but I’m just so glad to have it LIVE! Yes, the domain name is almost the same as my business site (which is delight-design.com). I just had to make life confusing! Actually, I’ll be re-doing the “old” Delight Design site soon, to include links to all my various projects, which include the new Delight-Designs site, my Heavenly Promises site, and more. It may seem like I’m taking on more, but in actuality I’m getting more focused in my business and my goals for what I do every day.

So, if you have anyone that is interested in preserving their family’s memories, but isn’t interested in doing the design work or isn’t sure how, please send them my way!

And in other news… you may remember that I am an Independent Consultant for Heritage Makersâ„¢, and I have some exciting things to share.

I am so thrilled about Heritage Makersâ„¢ recent upgrade to Studio 2.0. For anyone interested in getting started with digital scrapbooking, this is a great way to go! At the same time that the upgrade began, the company held it’s annual reunion. With that came new products, prices and so much more! Here are a few new things to check out when you visit my Independent Consultant website:

New book sizes!
New products!
New Studio – you just can’t get better than this for online digi-scrapbooking! (And just an FYI, with the new upgrade, there are a FEW glitches here and there, so patience is the key these days! It’s still by far the most exciting thing out there in terms of online digi-scrapbooking, glitches and all!)

With the new Studio 2.0, I have been busy, busy creating templates for Heritage Makersâ„¢ books that can be used by anyone who has a Premier subscription. Currently I am finishing up the following:

a Baby Boy album (12×12 size/21 pages),
a Baby Girl album (12×12 size/21 pages),
a Christmas album (12×12 size/21 pages),
a “Doodle Whimsy” album that could be used in a variety of ways (12×12 size/21 pages),
a Wedding album (blues and creams/7×5 size/21 pages), and
a 12 Month/Family Album that would be perfect for an entire year’s worth of photos and stories (12×12 size/25 pages).

If you’d like to see samples/images of these templates, please just contact me through my Delight-Designs.com site. I will be providing these templates for sale (for a small fee for consultants’ use) and FREE to any customer who orders books through my site. I’ll have more templates coming soon, including more for the holiday pictures, more for babies, adoption, and heritage stories. I am also doing custom orders for templates, so be sure to check with me if there is a theme/template you’d like to have, but I didn’t mention it. There really is NO excuse to NOT be preserving your family’s memories!

And please contact me through my Delight-Designs.com site if you have any questions or are interested in running your own business. Heritage Makersâ„¢ is the place to be if you want to work for a wonderful company with great products!

So, I finally realized…

I need to update my header! Poor Martha isn’t featured in the header above, and my kids are ever so much bigger now than in those pics. I guess I’ll add it to the To Do list, right after sleep and, uh.. more sleep. I’ve been just wiped out for ages now (how long ago was it that I got pregnant with Martha? Yeah, it’s been about that long that I’ve been wiped out). And my hair is falling out. What’s up with that? Probably hormones, but I’m going in to the doc this week to be sure. It started falling out a few weeks ago, but it’s not stopping, and receding hairlines aren’t that attractive on females, so time to do something about it already!

Samuel started his fourth week of school today. It’s going as well as could be expected for ALL-DAY kindergarten (yeah, I’m still not over it), and he is loving every minute of it. He’s actually had more good days than bad last week, so things are improving. (He’s not a “bad” kid, he just has major impulse control issues, sitting still and listening issues, and not running off to play when the class is in line issues – you know, five year old boy stuff). Thankfully his teacher is awesome and is really working with him and with us, and is trying to help him have the best experience he can.

The other two kiddos and I are starting to find a rhythm to our six hours a day without Samuel, and I’m finding a little extra time every day to get a few things done. I recently launched a new website (link in a later post), and I’m working on getting another business off the ground. Well, not a new business, but rather an extension of my existing business. Lil Allan isn’t fond of my computer though, so I’m limited to nap-time and a few minutes here and there throughout the day to get work done. Martha is still napping twice a day, so she is a lot more accomodating of my business needs.

Ok, off to finish cleaning up the house before Daddy gets home, and re-heat our leftovers for dinner. I’ll try to get a new header up, and post again about the new business ventures later this week.
